The eel is a fish that migrates into our waters at the age of three years, when measured 60-80 mm 

then called "glass eels or elvers". She was born in the mud and return at night to hunt small animals, small fish, red worms to sexual maturity. Then return to the sea to spawn and die. The eel is 60 cm to 500 1kg.

Fishing of this fish is authorized from 1 to 30 September in areas classified as second category, during the legal hours of freshwater fishing waters.
